Placed an order? Here's how tracking works.
1. Order confirmation
You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed.
2. Shipping notification
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way. Please allow 1–3 business days for orders to be prepared and handed to the carrier.
3. Can't find your tracking email?
Check your spam folder first. If it's still not there, contact us with your order number and email address and we'll look it up for you.
