Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and shipped from our warehouse. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships — see our Track Your Order page for details.
Returns
Not happy with your order? Get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll help sort out a return or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
How do I use my Fionaro products?
Every product page has a "How to use" section right under the Add to cart button with step-by-step instructions specific to that product.
Payments & security
All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
